TubaChristmas
Fox Cities 2010 will be
Friday, December 10th!
Whether you are first time participant or have joined us before, you are welcome to participate in TubaChristmas Fox Cities 2010 and beyond!
Two things I ask of you right off the bat:
- If you have not signed up for the e-mail list, PLEASE do so today. That is the way that I will be communicating with you from now on. If you signed up last year and the details have not changed in the past year, you do not need to signup again! When you signup, you will get an e-mail that requires you to click on a link to confirm that you do want to enroll. PLEASE do this, it will make communicating with you so much easier. I will not be sending out a lot of e-mails, even during TubaChristmas Season! This will open up in a new window, which you can close when you have signed up and confirmed your signup. - Well, at this time that's the only thing I'm asking you to do; pre-registration for this year is closed at this time. YOU ARE STILL WELCOME, however! You will need to fill out the registration form when you arrive at Fox Valley Lutheran.
Registration: Registration for performers begins at 4:00pm. The registration fee for performers is $5.00; each registrant receives a TUBACHRISTMAS 2010 Commemorative Button. Checks should be made out to: TubaChristmas.
Music: CAROLS FOR A MERRY TUBACHRISTMAS is available at registration for $15.00, (bass clef-C, four part score form) & (treble clef-Bb, two upper parts). Large version 8 1/2 x 11 bass or treble $20.00. If you
do not have the music, you can purchase it before the
rehearsal.
NO ILLEGAL PHOTOCOPIES, PLEASE!
Hats & scarves: Red TubaChristmas hats & scarves are for sale also; they are $15 each. We have only red.
We have TubaChristmas headbands, too! We will have a few red ones at the concert for you! They are $10 each.
Registration fees help cover production, promotion, and administrative costs for TUBACHRISTMAS and are NOT kept entirely by the local group; they are shared with the National Office.
Rehearsal will begin at 5:00pm. The concert order is here and will open up in a new page so you can print it out.
Food: The Music Parents will again be selling food between the rehearsal and the concert, so bring some cash along. The school is not very close to places to run to for something to eat, so this is a great way to eat and chat with your fellow players!

We have music stands & chairs.
Concert: 7:00pm.
What to Wear festive attire!! Decorate your instrument, too, if you wish! Lights, garland, whatever!
